Olusegun Paul Adetokunbo Ladega

Olusegun Paul Adetokunbo Ladega holds BES. Hons., MED. Arch., Architecture (1975 – 1981) from University of Lagos. He is a Fellow, Nigerian Institute of Architects – FNIA 2006 F216, Member, Architect Registration Council of Nigeria, ARCON 1985 F538.

Arc. Ladega is a chartered and registered architect with over 30 years’ consultancy practice experience in Architectural Design, Construction Contract administration, Project Management, Facilities Management, Arbitration and Dispute resolution.

He is presently the Managing Director of Interstate Architects Ltd., where he has been a major seminal influence behind the prolific creative output of the company. 
Under his leadership, Interstate has won Major local and international Architectural Design Competitions and awards
including the African Development Bank Country Office in Abuja, C B N Headquarters (HQ) in Abuja, the African Export-Import Bank HQ in Cairo, Egypt plus the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company, HQ Benin City, Edo State. His portfolio of successfully completed projects covers a diverse range of Building Types.

A well-known personage in the construction industry, Olusegun served as pioneer President of the Association of Consulting Architects Nigeria (ACAN) (2003-2007); National Treasurer Nigerian Institute of Architects (NIA) (1993-1995) He is a resource person to the NIA Board of Education; a member Board Of Trustees Guild of Adjudicators In Nigeria (GAIN); He had also been appointed by the President of the NIA as arbitrator on construction contract disputes.

Chief Jolasanmi Olaleye Falore

Olaleye Falore obtained a B.Sc. (Geology) degree in 1974 from University of Ibadan and M.Sc. (Engineering Geology / Hydrogeology) in 1983 from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a Fellow of Nigerian Association of Hydro-geologists (FNAH) and Nigerian Mining and Geosciences Society (FNMGS)

Chief Falore began his professional career as a Geologist over 40 years ago. He worked with Messrs. Comprehensive Engineering Consultants, a foremost Engineering Consulting firm in Nigeria, as Project Geologist/Soil Specialist where he was involved with various schemes concerning geotechnical, hydro-geological, hydro-geophysical and geological studies for dams, highways and roads, high rise buildings, water supply and environmental engineering projects. He later became the Chief Geotechnical Consultant for T.C.I Associates, Ibadan between 1986 and 1988.

In 1988, Olaleye co-founded Badafash Consulting Engineers and was an Executive Partner. He later became Executive Director from when the firm became incorporated as Badafash Nigeria Limited in 1992.

Chief Falore was the Executive Director (Geology & Geotechnics) of Y.J Fodio & Associates Limited in 2002 and became Chairman of the company in 2006.

He served as a Professional Member of Osun State Environmental Protection Commission and he was a Board Member of the Osun State Broadcasting Corporation.

In 1994, he was elected as the National Vice President of the Nigerian Association of Hydro-geologists. Also in 2005, he was elected the National President of the Association of Ibadan University Geologists. He is a Registered Consultant with the African Development Bank (ADB). He has been involved in hundreds of geological, hydro-geological/hydro-geophysical, and geotechnical engineering projects in all States in Nigeria since 1974.

Chief Falore co-founded Stable Shelters Development Co. Ltd in 2013 and he became Vice-Chairman, providing direction on approach and sound governance methodology.

He is also the Chairman of Y.J Fodio & Associates Limited, Amec Consult Limited, Costcon Projects Limited and Phaloray Book Works Ltd.

Temidayo Ayotunde Falore

Temidayo Ayotunde Falore holds a B.Sc. Quantity Surveying degree from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. He is a member of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and member, Project Management Institute.

Temidayo Falore began his career in 2001 as a Quantity Surveyor with Messrs. De Faj Associates where he was involved with preparing tender and contract documents including Bills of Quantities, tender evaluations and reporting, managing costs on a wide variety of new building projects for various projects.

He later joined Messrs BEE-QUE Consultants limited where his job description was expanded but not limited to valuing completed works and arranging payments, assisting in establishing clients’ requirements and undertaking feasibility studies, on-site measurements and preparation of valuation. At BQC he was involved with a wide range of projects including Muritala Mohammed Domestic Airport Building (MMA 2) for Bi-Courtney Limited, Renovation and Re-modeling works for Central Bank of Nigeria, Ibadan Zonal Office Building, University of Abuja Administrative Building, Office Development for Kwara State Deputy Governor, array of Luxury Apartments and Condominiums in Ikoyi, Lagos.

In 2007, he joined Cartil Costruzioni Limited, a Nigerian based Italian Construction Company, as a Quantity Surveyor where he rose to the post of Senior Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager.

He became Managing Director of Stable Shelters Development Company in July 2013.

Temidayo Falore currently sits on the Board of AMEC Engineering Works Ltd and a founding Director of Costcon Projects Limited.

Bankole Fareed Folorunsho

Mr. Bankole Folorunsho holds a B.Sc. degree in Business Administration from University of Ado-Ekiti.

Prior to joining Stable Shelters, Bankole has worked with Airtel Nigeria and Nigerian International Securities Limited where he managed a number of real estate portfolios for high net-worth clients.

Bankole had a short stint with Wahaab Advertising Production Limited where he was head of logistics and supply chain. He overhauled and created effective policies and procedures for logistics activities of the company within a period of less than three months.

He co-founded Stable Shelters in 2013 and became Deputy Managing Director, responsible for the business development, managing business operations, maintaining office efficiency, establishing and developing financial control systems.

Tajudeen Olaniyi Olukemi

Olaniyi Olukemi holds bachelors and M.Arch degrees in Architecture from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife. He is a Member of Project Management Institute.

Having practiced for 14 years, Mr Olukemi is significantly knowledgeable in a number of areas of Architecture and Built Environment. He has been involved with designs and conceptualization for esteemed firms which include Total E&P, Nestle Nigeria PLC, Guinness Nigeria PLC, First City Monument Bank e.t.c.

Olaniyi was a senior project Architect for GHK Architects Limited where he oversaw an assortment of projects. He is currently the Principal Consultant for Blueprints Consults.

He is a founding Director of Stable Shelters. Other board appointments include Shelter Plus Ltd., Costcon Projects Limited

Olalekan Olumide Taiwo

Olalekan Olumide Taiwo holds a B.Sc. Civil Engineering (1997) and M.Sc Civil Engineering (2002) from University of Ibadan. He is a COREN Registered Engineer (R.10424), a member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE R.13606) and Member, American Society of Civil Engineers.

Engr. Olalekan Taiwo is vastly experienced in the area of Civil Engineering Consultancy and Construction having practiced for over 18 years. He has been involved with structural analysis and design of various types of buildings and Civil Engineering projects.

He is the Managing Director of AMEC Engineering Works Ltd., an indigenous engineering construction firm.

He joined the Board of Stable Shelters in July 2014

John Ejovwoke Onojeharho

John Ejovwoke Onojeharho holds a Bachelors degree in Developmental Sociology from the University of Calabar where he won both the prize for the best grandaunt in the Faculty of Social Science. He holds a Masters in Industrial and Labour Relations from the Delta State University, Abraka. He is an Associate member of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations.

Mr. Onojeharho worked with the Shell Petroleum Development Company Nig. Ltd. where he was Manager, Public Affairs in the Western Operation in Warri and later became Manager, Corporate Issues Management and Planning in the Lagos Corporate office.

He is currently the Managing Director of Standard Alliance Properties Ltd., where he oversees the development and management of wide range of building types.

He has attended senior management courses both locally and abroad including the EP Leadership Programmes for high flyers.

He joined the Board of Stable Shelters in July 2014
